Soul Beauty by Melissa is located at the Historic French Quarter in Downtown San Rafael. Between 3rd and 4th Street.

Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 48-hour window are subject to 50% of the service cost. No call/no shows are subject to 100% of the service cost. Due to Covid-19 we want to limit the exposure and contact you will have with other guests. We ask that you please arrive no more than 5 minutes early, and please arrive masked. Appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled if client shows any signs of illness. We are all fully vaccinated and take the health and safety of all our guests very seriously.
